1 Pico at Shutters on the Beach
With an extensive wine list and a seasonal Californian menu, dine at 1 Pico at Shutters on the Beach and take advantage of its special menu just for the holiday. 1 Pico’s menu includes entree options ranging from organic heritage turkey, braised short ribs, grilled striped bass and pappardelle pasta. 1212 Santa Monica
1212 will be serving a 3-course meal for $48 per adult and $25 for kids. Starters: choice of Autumn salad or butternut squash soup; Main: roasted turkey served with turkey gravy; Sides: green beans, mixed mushrooms, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce; Dessert: pumpkin cheesecake.
Cast at Viceroy Santa Monica
Thanksgiving menu starter options include autumn pumpkin soup or brown butter cauliflower & sunchokes. For the main course, enjoy herb-roasted Diestel turkey, Maine lobster tail and sweet potatoes, Colorado lamb chop loin, Roasted Mary’s duck breast and more. Prices range from $12 for starters, to $55 for main course meals. Selections can also be purchased a-la-carte.
Citizen Sprout Thanksgiving Pick-Up Offerings: Family Style Starters (priced $20-$60) include Winter Squash Soup with Housemade Croutons and Kale and Brussels Sprout Salad with Candied Almonds, Parmesan Cheese, Currants and Maple Dijon Dressing. Sides (priced $20-$65) include: Cornbread Stuffing, Caramelized Onion Gravy, Roasted Butternut Squash with Pomegranate Molasses, Pomegranate Seeds, and Sage, Cranberry Sauce and Maple Roasted Carrots with Lemon and Thyme. Del Frisco’s Grill
Enjoy Thanksgiving overlooking the iconic Santa Monica Pier at Del Frisco’s Grill! Starters include butternut squash bisque, cheesesteak eggrolls, and jumbo lump crabcake. Your choice of two holiday entrees are herb & citrus butter roasted turkey or a honey dijon pork tenderloin. And the holiday wouldn’t be complete without traditional sides like truffle mac & cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy, and buttered green beans! Thanksgiving menu available Thursday, November 28.
Doubletree Suites by Hilton Santa Monica
Enjoy all the foods and flavors of a traditional Thanksgiving buffet provided by DoubleTree Suites. Dishes include butternut squash soup, citrus brined turkey roast, maple glazed ham, cornbread stuffing, roasted brussels sprouts, creamy mashed potatoes and gravy, fried sweet potatoes, green beans, and an assortment of Thanksgiving pies. El Torito Restaurant
El Torito is having a Thanksgiving buffet on November 28 from 11am to 8pm. The buffet will feature roasted turkey and ham carving stations, plus apple-jalapeno stuffing, chipotle-honey sweet potatoes, green bean casserole and more. $28.99 for adults, and $9.99 for kids 12 and under.
Élephante Beach House
Élephante is having a Thanksgiving pie sale. Flavors include pumpkin ginger, salted maple buttermilk and brown butter apple crumble! Pies are $50 and can be pre-ordered until Sunday November 24. Pick up by Wednesday November 27. All proceeds go to Step Up on Second.
Esters Wine Shop & Bar
Esters Wine Shop & Bar’s retail shop area is open on Thanksgiving Day from 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. Their expert team can help you choose the perfect wine to celebrate or craft custom gift boxes. No food and wine is being served that day, but there will be pastries from Huckleberry to snack on, along with free coffee/espresso drinks with the purchase of wine. Also, if you’re picking up catering from Huckleberry, Esters is conveniently popping up outside from 9:00 a.m.-Noon to sell bottles that pair with the feast and gift boxes. Their Online Shop is also now filled with wine packages (bubbles, turkey-friendly whites, light reds) at a variety of price points, so you can order ahead and have it delivered.
Fia chef Brendan Collins will offer two Thanksgiving seatings (2pm or 5pm) with a family-style feast of butternut squash soup and salad, followed by a choice of traditional roast organic turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy, slow roast prime strip loin with popovers, or a baked Ora King salmon, all accompanied by market veggie sides and choice of pie. An added bonus: LA’s famous barman Vincenzo Marianella will craft Thanksgiving cocktails. Price: $75 adults, $35 children.
FIG Restaurant at Fairmont Hotel & Bungalows
Inside Santa Monica’s gorgeous gorgeous Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows is FIG Restaurant, where chef Jason Prendergast has put together a family-style Thanksgiving dinner. The center dish is Prendergast’s molasses, sage, and rosemary brined turkey Dinner is $78 per person, $25 for children, and kids five and under eat for free.
Huckleberry Cafe and Bakery is offering a full-scale Thanksgiving catering menu. For entrées, sides and starters, Huckleberry is serving Creekstone Farm braised brisket, sweet potato mash, Chimichurri roasted carrots with breads, rolls and biscuits to name a few. Huckleberry is also serving an assortment of sweets, such as pumpkin pie, double crust apple pie, gluten-free vegan apple berry crumble pie, chocolate pecan pie, turkey-shaped ginger cookies and more. Ivy at the Shore
Starters include fresh crab cakes, crispy zucchini blossoms, homemade pumpkin ravioli and spicy corn chowder. Main course options are varied, and include thanksgiving turkey, New York USD Prime steak, homemade wild Maine lobster ravioli, and grilled vegetable salad. Sides are fresh cut fries, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, or Brussel sprouts. Desserts include apple blackberry crumble, fresh pecan squares, pumpkin pie, or gelato. Dinner is $90 and includes starter, main course, sides, and dessert. Gratuity and tax not included.
JW Marriott Santa Monica Le Merigot
JW Marriott will serving up some traditional Thanksgiving fare including cranberry Waldorf salad, turkey, creamy potatoes, turkey gravy, dressing, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, braised short ribs, herb roasted fingerling potatoes, and pumpkin crème brûlée for dessert.
At his namesake restaurant in Santa Monica, chef-owner Raphael Lunetta is preparing a holiday feast with traditional favorites and great alternatives for everyone. The Thanksgiving Day menu at Lunetta will be served from 2:30pm with the last reservation at 7:30pm. The three-course menu starts with a choice of cast iron Maine diver scallops, Garden of Organic Hearts Salad, roasted chestnut soup, or red deep sea crab cake. Main courses include oven-roasted, all-natural Mary’s heritage maple herb turkey with all the fixings; the famous six-hour osso buco, and JiRaffe’s classic bouillabaisse with Scottish salmon, wild halibut, squid, Bouchot mussels, wild shrimp, and littleneck clams. For dessert, choose from pumpkin pie, chocolate banana cream pie, or French apple pie. Pricing: $78 per adult, $39 for kids 10 and under. A la carte sides available.
Ocean and Vine at Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel
Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel’s signature restaurant, Ocean & Vine is offering a three course, pre-fixed Thanksgiving Brunch menu. Highlights include roasted butternut squash soup, Diestel Farm’s turkey, pepper crusted prime rib, and a festive dessert display. Served Thanksgiving day, 11am – 3pm. Price: $98 per person. Oceana (exclusive to hotel guests)
Oceana’s Thanksgiving specials are available from November 24-30. They include butternut squash soup ($16), the Thanksgiving Trio, which is comprised of white meat roulade, haricot vert, garlic pommes puree and cranberry & orange zest, cabernet jus ($18). For dessert, a pumpkin tart ($18).
The Dining Room at Hotel Shangri-La
Hotel Shangri-La’s prix fixe Thanksgiving menu will be served Thanksgiving Day from 1pm-8pm. The feast kicks off with a choice of an Heirloom Beet Salad or Butternut Squash Soup. Entrées include Slow Roasted Turkey with sautéed garlic green beans, herb stuffing, sweet maple yam purée, pan gravy and cranberry-apple relish; Honey Glazed Ham with caramelized brussels sprouts with bacon, maple carrots and potato gratin; and Almond-Crusted Halibut with sautéed micro veggies and purple cauliflower purée. The Penthouse at The Huntley Hotel
What could be better than enjoying a Thanksgiving in luxury atop the beautiful Huntley Hotel in their Penthouse restaurant? Their three-course menu is $89 for adults, and $39 for kids. Starters include a vegan butternut squash soup, and vegetable burrata. For your main course try Mary’s free-range turkey, a flatiron steak, or pumpkin ricotta ravioli. Sweet Rose Creamery
It’s hot every year during Thanksgiving, so we can’t think of any better way to cool down than with Ice Cream Pie. Pick from a salty crumble and caramel topped-Apple Pie, a Pecan Pie with chocolate fudge and cookie crust, or Pumpkin Pie (it’s vegan!) with a ginger cookie crust and a layer of maple pepita crunch. Dessert options are pumpkin pecan pie, warm apple tart, flourless chocolate lava cake, or bread pudding. This three course meal costs $110.
