Chef Mario Vitolo of NYC’s Ballato Comes to Santa Monica: Three-Night Collaboration at Fia (June 17–19)

From June 17–19, we will be hosting Mario Vitolo of New York’s iconic Ballato for a three-night culinary collaboration in our garden.

This is a rare opportunity to experience Mario’s cooking outside of New York, featuring dishes inspired by Ballato’s family recipes alongside a few Fia favorites. The menu brings together the warmth and tradition of classic Italian-American cooking with Fia’s seasonal California approach.

It’s a limited engagement and seating is extremely limited, so I wanted to personally extend this invitation.
