Request for Proposal: United Kingdom & Ireland Travel Trade & PR Representation

Santa Monica Travel & Tourism (SMTT) is inviting qualified travel trade and public relations agencies in the United Kingdom and Ireland to submit proposals to represent the destination.

We are seeking a collaborative agency partner to help grow Santa Monica’s visibility and demand through trade engagement, media relations, sales activity, cooperative marketing and ongoing market insights. The selected agency will work in close partnership with SMTT and industry organizations such as Visit California and Brand USA to elevate awareness, inspire travel and deliver measurable results from the UK and Ireland. Agencies with relevant experience are encouraged to review the full RFP and submit a proposal that highlights their strategy, capabilities and pricing.

Key RFP Details:

• Proposal Submission Deadline: February 20, 2026 at 5:00pm PST
• Service Start Date: July 1, 2026
• Project Scope: UK & Ireland travel trade representation, MICE support, public relations, consumer/digital support, cooperative marketing and reporting
• Estimated Duration: 1 year with potential 1-year extension
