Support Santa Monica Retail and Buy Local
While much of Santa Monica is physically closed for business, on the community level, there are actions we can all take today to help our local businesses survive and recover.
Many of our favorite retail businesses are still selling goods online and some even offer to drop-off at your home or curbside pick-up at the store door so why not shop online? Another way to support a local business is to buy a gift card. Purchase a gift card now to give to a friends and loved ones or use yourself at a later date when businesses re-open or for online use.
Beyond making purchases, helping to spread the word about businesses you love can go a long way. Post a positive review online and make sure others know just how much Santa Monica businesses mean to our community. Or, promote on social media. Like, comment, and share posts from local businesses to help increase engagement and spread the word.
