Familiarization Tours (FAMs):
Increase your tourism business by hosting FAM groups from all areas of tourism including tour operators, travel agents and meeting and incentive professionals in an effort to acquaint them with your business and thus, recommend you to their clients. SMTT is also offering ways to participate in "virtual" FAM tours of your property or business.
SMTT hosts roundtable workshops for local businesses to educate them on how to maximize their tourism and group business efforts. Additionally, SMTT hosts numerous events throughout the year from mixers to meetings that provide you the perfect opportunity to network with local industry professionals.
