Cassia
Cassia Chef Bryant Ng is cooking up some fresh takes on beloved Chinese-American fare for New Year’s Eve, alongside signatures like Chickpea Curry and Beef Rendang. The family-style, multi-course menu includes new dishes, such as “Hainan Chicken” Egg Rolls, Egg Drop Soup and a “Typhoon Shelter”—a grilled lobster served with toasted breadcrumbs, lobster roe, garlic, fermented black beans, dried chiles and scallions. There’s a vegetarian option as well and each menu is $115/person plus tax & gratuity, along with $69 for wine pairings or $30 for non-alcoholic beverage pairings. Esters Wine Shop & Bar
Esters Wine Shop & Bar is taking a more casual route this New Year’s, so no reservations are needed! There will be special flights bubbles and a beautiful raw bar featuring a lush array of freshly-shucked oysters, ceviche, tartare and more. There will be a special New Year’s Day Boozy Brunch on January 1 from 10am-2:30 p.m. Share a Mimosa Trio with friends and enjoy Brioche French Toast with seasonal fruit & Bavarian cream, Bagels & Lox with all the fixings like cucumber dill yogurt, red onion, capers & lemon, plus more.
