William T. Carson + Emilio Lobato: The Space Between

In Carson’s copper installations, illumination emanates not from a singular object but from the intervals between elements—light occupying space as an active presence. The phrase also speaks to measurement and distance in Lobato’s work, where space itself becomes a unit of meaning.
