Victoria Kastner, Morgan expert and author of the forthcoming Julia Morgan: An Intimate Biography of the Trailblazing Architect, will be our guest speaker at this virtual talk celebrating California’s first licensed woman architect. Morgan is known for her collaboration with William Randolph Hearst to create Hearst Castle, Morgan’s legacy includes 700+ projects in nearly five decades of practice. At the Beach House, Morgan designed the Guest House and pool, which comprise the site’s historic core.
