Veterans Honored at the Santa Monica Pier with Ferris Wheel Light Program

The Pacific Wheel will be lit red, white, blue, all 5 insignias of the armed services on Thursday, November 11 in recognition of Veterans Day 2021.
Pacific Park will celebrate Veterans Day on November 11 to honoring military veterans, active service members, and their families with a colorful salute on the Pacific Wheel in red, white, and blue with icons representing 5 branches of the US Armed Forces.
Veterans Day is an annual holiday observed in the US to coincide with similar celebrations including Armistice Day and Remembrance Day which mark the anniversary of the end of World War I.
This special light program will run dusk (around 5 PM) to midnight on Thursday, November 11. The best views of the Pacific Wheel light programs are from the Santa Monica Pier boardwalk just west of the amusement park or on the beaches south of the Pier.
