Kymberly gently guides tweens through this healing experience creating a safe space where young adults can relax and receive well-needed benefits. The frequency of sound travels through all our cells, organs, and skeletal & energetic systems. Sound Healing is an opportunity to clear emotional & physical blockages we hold in our bodies & energetically dislodge & clear space. It is effective and supportive for those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, insomnia, broken bones, & sports injuries. It can help to improve focus, clarity, elevate moods, AND increase energy.
