Bio: A.J. Mars is a certified breathwork teacher, men’s work leader, and relationship coach. A.J.’s mastery comes from being a lifelong learner—studying psychotherapy at Pacific Graduate Institute, timeless wisdom with Olympic medalist Peter Evans, breathwork with Jon Paul Crimi, sound healing with Ana Netanel and embodiment/spiritual intimacy with John Wineland.
