Tasting menu is $150/person for food and storytelling, not including beverages. There is an additional 20% service charge added to this We will be offering a signature beverage pairing for $85/person or personalized beverage pairings can be made by our team once you arrive. This is not included in the ticket price and will be charged on the day. This is an evolving menu, so please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Definition of Smörgåsbird: 1) An intimate tasting menu full of seasonal surprises and delights, personally presented to you by Chef/Co-Owner Jeremy Fox, Executive Chef Matthew Schaler and the lovely Birdie G’s team. 2) A really delicious, unstuffy and memorable experience to share with a loved one at our chef’s table. Reservations are only available at the Chef’s Table on Wednesdays and Fridays in July at 7p.m. We will have limited seating for parties of 1-8 people. Since it’s a communal experience with everyone enjoying a tasting menu, we ask that you be on time.
