Like a pub crawl, but with gyms instead of regrets. 19 fitness businesses on Santa Monica’s Pico Boulevard will hold 10-minute workouts, every 20 minutes. Crawlers will run, jog or walk along 2.5 miles from workout-to-workout.
Traditional favorites like CrossFit®, Pilates, boxing, Gyrotonic®, yoga, weightlifting and karate are blended with “totally LA” workouts, like professional dance choreography onstage at the Morgan-Wixson Theatre, resistance training at the Original Muscle Beach, belly dancing, ballet folklorico, Aztec dance and virtual golf; you choose the kind of workouts that are right for you.
