Orthodox Day of Praise

Join us for a unique, annual celebration! Everyone is welcome: FREE admission, agape brunch, and baby sitting/children activities.
For the past 11 years, Joyful Return Choir of St. Peter & St. Paul Coptic Orthodox Church, has been hosting this special annual event, with the purpose of uniting with other members of our Orthodox faith through exploring our similarities, embracing our differences and praising God as one.
Joyful Return is a Coptic Orthodox choir originating out of St. Peter and St. Paul Coptic Orthodox Church in Santa Monica, CA. We’re a group of mainly Egyptian-American youth who compose, sing hymns and songs to praise the Lord and mediate on His work in our life. Our mission is to spread God’s word, the salvation of Christ and the joy of the Holy Spirit wherever God leads us. Most of our hymns and songs are originally composed by the young men and women of the choir, and are sung as a form of worship for all to meditate upon.
