Guest Artist Kristi Karou offers a movement workshop in which participants dive into their own sensations and develop a sense of their moving body. Before and after the movement activity, the group is guided through a portrait drawing session by Natalja. Please wear clothes to move in. After each workshop with Natalja Kent, she will be taking portraits and asking participants some questions about wellbeing and transformation. Let her know if you’d like to take part!
Kristi Karou is a Dance Alive coach specializing in the expansion and integration of movement in her participants’ lives. After
graduating Summa Cum Laude from California State University Northridge with a degree in Child and Adolescent Development. She received the Dean’s award and was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus. The manager of a Surf Camp for seven years, she has led outdoor adventure programs and worked in after school tutoring programs. She loves to teach individuals and families, through the Dance Alive system, to Balance, Function, and Excel in all areas of their life!
