Chef Adolfo Garcia, Jr. is the Chef & Owner of Chi Chis. A New Orleans native and CIA grad, he’s cooked at acclaimed spots like The NoMad, Momofuku Ko, and Frenchie. His food draws from his Dominican, Panamanian, and Creole roots.
