Aparna Sindhoor, her students and company members introduce the basic movements from Kalari Ppayattu, one of the oldest martial arts in the world and sometimes called the “mother of martial arts.” Training in Kalari assists you to live a healthy life with physical exercises, yoga-like breathing, massage, self-defense techniques, strong form, beauty and diet. No prior experience necessary. Wear clothes to move in, socks and comfortable shoes and bring a hand towel.
