The James Beard semifinalist wine bar welcomes Tóp Tép Co-Founders Thao Pham and Nam Nguyen to take over the “little kitchen that could” for one-night-only. Their LA-based pop-up series celebrates the style of Vietnamese cuisine they grew up eating in Hanoi, with some fun, modern twists on classic dishes. The à la carte menu includes Banh Mi, Beef Tartare, Tuna Crudo, Dry Chicken Pho and fresh, seasonal ice cream, while the Esters team pairs crisp wines and signature cocktails for the evening.These regular guest chef pop-ups tend to draw a crowd, so reservations via Resy are strongly recommended, but they’ll accept some walk-ins too.
