On Wednesday, July 12 from 5-9:30 p.m., the team is hosting Chef Jorge Serrano for a full menu takeover. He’ll be slicing decadent Iberico ham by hand and cooking authentic Spanish tapas for one-night-only. In addition to his incredible charcuterie & cheese boards featuring that beautiful ham, other highlights from the à la carte menu include a classic Pan Con Tomate, Cadiz Crudo with Spanish blue fin tuna belly & 12-year Pedro Jimenez white vin, Gambas Al Ajillo featuring baby red prawns, Pulpo Gallego with olive oil-crushed Yukon potatoes, Basque Cheesecake topped with dulce de leche and so much more.
Plus, a local flamenco guitarist is playing from 6-8 p.m. to set the mood, alongside Spanish wine pairings and seasonal cocktails from the Esters team. These guest chef pop-ups tend to draw a crowd, so reservations via Resy are strongly recommended, but they’ll accept some walk-ins too.
