Through an investigative process that draws upon meditation, visualization, and movement improvisation, we expand our creative capacities, move our bodies, encounter each other and cultivate a sense of play. All levels of participants who are interested in exploring expressive movement are welcome. After moving we will rest, journal, and share in a closing circle.
