The last Thursday of every month, LAGO will host a “Bite of the Beast” 5-course communal dinner featuring whole animal roasts and traditional, rustic dishes. Locanda del Lago and Executive Chef Gianfranco Minuz revamp classic Italian favorites, such as stuffed pasta and lasagna, to highlight the healthful protein in the restaurant’s “Morso della Bestia” dinner series.
Beginning at 7 pm, the summer influenced, “nose-to-tail” menu will be offered in both the dining room and at the restaurant’s communal table, which typically hosts 10-20 guests for each Morso dinner. Seating is limited, reservations required.
