With IPW on our home turf, we’re doing something extra special this year and bringing you to the iconic Santa Monica Pier! Join us in Los Angeles’ Beach City for an exclusive experience of wellness, spa offerings, culinary delights from award-winning chefs, libations and an opportunity to connect with incredible partners. Experience thrilling amusement park rides and games with a panoramic view of the of the Southern California coastline!

Details
The attire for this event is “beach chic” — wear comfortable clothing and shoes such as tennis shoes or sneakers (heels are not recommended for our wooden pier) and bring a jacket as the fresh sea breeze cools down in the evening. Please also bring your IPW badge to take advantage of special offers on the Pier! Once you arrive at the Santa Monica Pier, please follow signs to check in for our Client Event.
RSVP Raffle
If you both RSVP AND check in at the Party on the Pier you will automatically be entered for a chance to win an experience at four unique hotels for a total of 7 nights in Santa Monica, $1,500 in airfare credit, culinary experiences, surf lessons and more! The winner will be drawn from the attendees after the event and notified via email. Hotel certificates valid for one year, may be used on separate visits.
TRANSPORTATION
Santa Monica Travel & Tourism will have complimentary round-trip buses departing Downtown LA to the Santa Monica Pier starting at 5:20 p.m. and returning to Downtown LA approximately every 30 minutes. Please see the shuttle schedule below.
The LA Metro Rail is also a quick and easy option! The nearest Metro station to the Los Angeles Convention Center is just one block away from California Plaza (1250 Flower Street)—less than a 5-minute walk—and TAP cards can be bought at the station’s TAP vending machines or on the TAP App (a round trip fare is $3.50).
Take Metro to the Downtown Santa Monica stop and the Pier is a 5-minute walk away with a welcoming view of the iconic Pier sign.
