Australian Foodies Take Santa Monica

Step into Bondi Harvest and it’s a little like stepping onto a film set: the cafe has a true-blue Aussie beach shack style that wouldn’t look out of place in Summer Bay, the fictional coastal town in Home and Away.

The interior is all whitewashed weatherboard and flaking paint, with seagrass pendant lights and driftwood hanging from the ceiling among the fans. Surfboards stand racked in a corner and a gallery of colourful skegs decorates a wall.
