The Santa Monica Pier will be doing a special light program on Pacific Wheel for Halloween/Dia de los Muertos this year from 10/29 – 11/2. The Wheel will be lit in fall colors of orange, red, and yellow and feature spooky ghosts and pumpkins. The lights can be seen from dusk to midnight. If you can’t make it to the Pier, be sure to check out the live-streaming webcams.
