Jeremy Hahn, creator and facilitator of the Expressive Body workshop series at the Camera Obscura, presents a ritual offering in celebration of the Vernal Equinox. Open to the wisdom of your heart while dancing, reflecting, and listening deeply to a live sonic soundscape by multi-instrumentalist Craig Shields. This invitation is open to those who hunger to explore the spirit of movement as an intentional practice for a spring of transformation.
