Our Pico Gallery

In partnership with noted Los Angeles photographer Sam Comen, the Pico Improvement District was awarded a grant from the City of Santa Monica’s Art of Recovery Program. The result is Our Pico, a portrait gallery recognizing the workers who invest their lives in Pico Boulevard’s economy, and that reveals the humanity behind the storefronts. Join the opening reception on October 26th from 5-7pm to celebrate the workers who make the Pico neighborhood so special. Following the opening reception, the gallery is viewable Thursday through Saturday 10am-1pm and online. The gallery runs until December 30th.
