The Santa Monica History Museum will host a pop-up Día de los Muertos exhibition starting November 1, showcasing altars created by public high school students from Santa Monica, Venice, University, and Fairfax High Schools. The event will feature mariachi music, traditional dancers, and opportunities for visitors to add photos of loved ones to the altars, fostering community remembrance. Evening programming on November 1 and 2 begins at 5:00 PM, celebrating life and legacy through culture, history, and art.
