Santa Monica Playhouse presents the 18th anniversary production of its modern Halloween classic, Absolutely Halloween, running from October 5 to 27. This heartwarming musical invites everyone—families, kids, and adults—to join Candy, a sweet girl, on a magical All Hallow’s Eve adventure. Alongside characters like Cattypuss, Patty Patches, Lester the Jester, and Fifika the French Fortune Teller, the audience helps save Halloween.

As the witching hour approaches, all discover the values of teamwork, friendship, sharing, and moderation with treats. Now a beloved holiday tradition, Absolutely Halloween is part of the award-winning Family Theatre Musical Matinee Series, which celebrates 56 years of providing entertainment for all ages.
