Many moons later, Sandra’s dream of cooking alongside Tracy is finally coming true.

For one night only, Tracy is bringing some of her best-loved PAGU dishes to Santa Monica. PAGU—meaning “Pug” in Japanese—is Tracy’s Michelin-awarded neighborhood restaurant in Cambridge, MA, where Japanese and Spanish flavors mingle.
