Come along with us to the Santa Monica Farmers Market with a guided tour from Chef Rose Wilde, author of Bread & Roses. Then you’ll create a delicious mezze-style lunch out of the seasonal finds that you hand-pick yourself! You’ll start at a meeting point near the market at 9am, get a guided tour while you shop for your ingredients, and then head back to the school for a class where you’ll cook and enjoy your bounty.

This class also comes with a tote bag that yours to keep!

Class Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm PST

يعمل الطلاب في أزواج أثناء الفصل، وقد تتغير عناصر القائمة بناءً على التوافر الموسمي. الفصول مفتوحة للمشاركين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 16 عاماً وما فوق، ولا يمكن للطلاب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 13 و15 عاماً التسجيل إلا إذا كانوا برفقة شخص بالغ مسجل يدفع رسوم التسجيل ويبلغ من العمر 18 عاماً أو أكثر. يجب أن يكون جميع الحاضرين مسجلين، والدروس متاحة للضيوف الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 21 عاماً فأكثر، ويُسمح فقط بالبيرة والنبيذ.
