The Pacific Wheel goes green for St. Patrick’s Day

 The Ferris wheel on Santa Monica Pier will “Shamrock and Roll” on St. Patrick’s Day weekend when it’s lit up with a 90-foot-tall shamrock. The Pacific Park Ferris wheel will feature a custom lighting program with green colors, pattens and transitions, including the shamrock. The best views of the Pacific Wheel light programs are from the Santa Monica Pier boardwalk just west of the Amusement Park or on the beaches south of the Pier.
