Zwischen Dunkelheit und Morgengrauen

Between Darkness and Dawn is a Contemporary Art Exhibition by the Westside Artists Critique Group on display at the Propeller Gallery inside Santa Monica Studios 3026 at the Airport Arts Center, located at 3026 Airport Ave, Santa Monica from September 11–27 Gallery Hours are 12:00pm – 5:00pm Thursday – Sunday. All ages welcome, and admission is free.
Between Darkness and Dawn juxtaposes narrative works that confront the challenges of modern life with vibrant quilts and abstract paintings that celebrate the energy and promise of a new day.
The artists welcomes the Santa Monica and Greater Los Angeles community to step into the conversation—to look closely, respond freely, and discover what can happen when artists spend years looking at art, and at one another’s work, together. The artists also invite visitors to engage with the art through two free public workshops as well as meet them in person at the opening and closing receptions.
