Chef Wesley Barden will take over the menu at Crudo e Nudo this Sunday, June 14th from 12-9pm, as he gets ready to open his new restaurant, Chez Mar. He has put together a special menu of ingredient-driven dishes full of his creativity and his heart. Crudo favorites will also be featured on the menu.

Chef Wesley Barden has spent years in kitchens that usually lead to someone else’s flagship, most recently as part of the team behind Esters Wine Shop & Bar. He is opening Chez Mar in the spirit of Esters, but his way. Chez Mar is the menu he’s been writing in the margins of every job he’s held. His food is precise without being precious, with a clear point of view.
