Join SMTT at IMEX America Tuesday, October 7- Thursday, October, 9, 2025. The largest trade show for the global meetings events and incentives travel industry, this opportunity is designed to provide Santa Monica Travel & Tourism (SMTT) partners with the opportunity to network with key contacts from around the world and meet with fully-vetted, high performing meeting & incentive travel buyers by pre-set appointments. In addition, SMTT will be hosting a client event during IMEX which is included in the fair share fee.

Fair Share Fees

The Partner Fair Share Fee will be deeply discounted to $3,500. We will also have an early bird price discounted at $3,000 if the partner is registered by Monday, March 31st, 2025.

Partners with dual properties will have a deeply discounted Fair Share Fee of $5,000. We will also have an early bird price discounted at $4,500 if the partner is registered and paid by Monday, March 31st , 2025.

All airfare, accommodations, transportation and meals are the responsibility of the partner unless otherwise specified by SMTT. SMTT will provide recommendations on room block opportunities and flights as it is strongly encouraged that we all stay overnight in close proximity. Travel expenses are not included.

The following are included in your fair share partner fee:

  • Pre-marketing initiatives to clients and/or tradeshow attendees (where applicable) which may include direct mail items, e-newsletter highlights, logo inclusion on all collateral and invitations and printed marketing pieces
  • Attendance at SMTT Client Event
  • Collateral design and production
  • Event expenses such as client event, dinners, lunches, gifts, etc.
  • Delegation transportation to/from appointments and to/from designated hotel
  • Post mission recap, client contact information and photos
  • Recommendations on room block opportunities and flights
