2024 Readers’ Choice Award Names Santa Monica #6 Best Beach

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (May 29, 2024) – Santa Monica Travel & Tourism is pleased to announce that Santa Monica State Beach has been honored with a 2024 Readers’ Choice Award for Best Beach in California by USA TODAY 10Best.

Santa Monica State Beach placed sixth on the list of top ten beaches in California, nominated by a panel of subject matter experts and USA TODAY 10Best editors before being voted on by the public.

“With more than 400 beaches in California, it’s a true honor to be recognized amongst the ten best beaches in the Golden State. Even more special is that USA TODAY readers made the final selections.
