Soko Sushi 的寿司制作课程
Veteran Sushi Chef Masa Shimakawa leads a beginner-friendly, hands-on sushi-making class, guiding guests through the refined techniques that honor sushi’s centuries-old traditions using some of the city’s freshest fish and ingredients to craft their own authentic rolls under Chef Masa’s expert instruction.
The 90-minute experience begins with a sparkling sake welcome, followed by miso soup and a crisp house salad, before guests roll up their sleeves to create classic salmon, yellowtail, crab, and tuna rolls, transforming the intimate sushi counter into an interactive and memorable celebration.
Soko’s sushi-making classes will take place every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday throughout March.
