Sun Sand Sea Exhibit

The five-mile stretch of beach that separates Venice and Santa Monica from the ocean has allured travelers, tourists and locals for over a century. As one of the world’s most iconic beaches and destinations, millions of people have enjoyed and contributed to its distinct, one-of-a-kind culture. Visitors come and go — the sun sand and sea remain a constant and timeless force of nature.
Starting June 3 through July 3, 2016, Santa Monica Place (on Level 1) will share an expansive collection of vintage photographs of Santa Monica and Venice, plus reimagined paintings of the photographs from renowned artist, Hueman. Paintings from Hueman and limited edition posters from local artists are available for sale, with proceeds benefitting P.S. ARTS.
