Guest author Sydney Mesher will read her book “She Kept Dancing” about her experience being the first visibly disabled Rockette. Afterward, Sydney will lead a mini-dance class!
As a dancer, Mesher made her debut as the first visibly disabled Radio City Rockette in 2019. Since then, she has danced on the Today Show, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and NHK Japan’s Live Spring Broadcast. Mesher choreographed for and danced on multiple episodes for Disney Plus’ ‘Growing Up’ documentary series.
