Join Milliner Leslie Robinson for this introductory Hat Making class. You will learn the fundamentals of blocking, shaping and trimming a hat, beginning with an unformed base. Choose from a wool felt, natural straw or Japanese twisted toyo (woven shellacked rice paper) base. Make a cloche, fedora or wide-brimmed hat. Returning students welcome – we’ll cover more advanced techniques.
