Led by local guides, this easy-to-moderate small-group urban walk covers about three miles of mostly flat terrain, perfect for curious visitors and design lovers alike. The tour begins at the Palisades Park Rose Garden and reveals a side of Santa Monica most visitors never see, from rare coastal flora to quiet architectural gems tucked away from the bustle of the beach. Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection and water are recommended, and participants will finish with a fresh perspective on Santa Monica’s natural beauty and built environment.
