Yoga class will take place at Essentia Santa Monica on May 30th free of charge. The yoga instructor will be Alexandra Indaco-Heredia. She is a certified Bikram Yoga Teacher. Alexandra has taught yoga classes and seminars in NYC, Los Angeles, Miami, Rochester, Montana, Austin, Palm Desert, Mexico City, Istanbul and Amsterdam. Alexandra will be offering her acclaimed Indigo Yoga at Essentia.
