January – April, Sewing Rebellion brings Pockets of Resistance! To draw attention to wage theft and the shrinking size of pockets in women’s apparel, Sewing Rebellion focuses on the Pocket: its history, pocket hacks (everyone wants bigger pockets!), patch pockets, pockets for belts, etc. As always, participants are welcome to bring their own projects and mending.
