Earth Day 35th Public Rededication of the Children’s Tree of Life

Music, poetry, guest environmental speakers. Highlighted rededication ceremony of the Children’s Tree of Life, which was proclaimed by late Santa Monica Mayor, via City Council Resolution, as “a living monument to world peace”. The New Zealand Christmas Tree was planted on Earth Day, April 22, 1983 at a public peace celebration.
