The new Chef’s Tasting Table menu, available for $99 per person (with wine and cocktail pairings offered at an additional charge), features six courses along with a few extra surprise dishes and cocktails incorporated along the way.
The intimate dining experience, with just eight seats available, will take place at the restaurant’s indoor bar one Friday per month, with themes ranging from seafood, to plant-based, and the holidays. Executive Chef Jason Francisco will guide guests through each course, for an evening of culinary exploration and conversation. October and November’s menu will be seafood themed, inclusive of dishes like Salmon Tiradito and Charred Octopus, and December’s will be holiday themed.
