Celebrate America at Santa Monica College with live music and fireworks!
Bring your family and friends to SMC for a star-spangled salute to our nation’s independence. Come early, picnic on the lawn, enjoy continuous entertainment and special exhibits (with plenty of refreshments available for purchase), and cap off the evening with a spectacular fireworks salute to America.
Event Schedule:
- 4:00pm – Parking Lots Open
- 5:00pm – Gates Open to Corsair Field and Stadium Bleachers
- 7:00pm – Entertainment starts on Corsair Field
- 8:15pm – Parking Lots Close
- 8:45pm – Entry Gates Close
- 9:00pm – Fireworks By Pyro Spectaculars Entertainment
There will also be a food drive sponsored by the Associated Students of SMC in partnership With Westside Food Bank to assist students in need. Please bring non-perishable items. Multiple drop-off locations!
Parking: $5 Enter at Pico Blvd. and 17th Street. Prohibited: Animals, alcohol and chairs with pointed legs
