Um document\u00e1rio de longa-metragem que explora a nova m\u00fasica e o fen\u00f4meno social do canto, MANTRA - Sounds into Silence compartilha as hist\u00f3rias de pessoas que est\u00e3o encontrando a cura e uma sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de paz interior ao cantar mantras junto com outras pessoas como elas. \u00c9 um filme sobre espiritualidade, n\u00e3o sobre religi\u00e3o; \u00e9 sobre pessoas que se reconectam com seu verdadeiro eu e com os outros.
\n\u00c0 medida que as hist\u00f3rias de nossos personagens sobre sua conex\u00e3o com a m\u00fasica se desenrolam, conhecemos os m\u00fasicos que os inspiraram e os uniram. Por meio desses encontros, descobriremos como Snatam Kaur, Deva Premal & Miten, Krishna Das, Lama Gyurme, Jai Uttal e MC Yogi, entre outros, chegaram a essa m\u00fasica e \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica do Kirtan e como, ao longo dos anos, ela tamb\u00e9m transformou suas vidas.
