Mom & Baby Yoga is the perfect outing to bond with your little one. We will move through strengthening poses together that will make you feel more flexible and ready to take on the day. We will sprinkle in some infant massage and baby yoga so that your child feels great too!
This class is appropriate for newborns to crawlers (0-9 months). Please come prepared with a yoga mat, baby blanket, water bottle and a small towel. Participants are accommodated by order of arrival.
