Chef Mike Stoltzfus grew up on a Maryland dairy farm and found his culinary calling when helping his mom open a bakery. In 2008, he launched Coquette in New Orleans’ Garden District—earning acclaim for his ingredient-driven dishes and becoming a two-time James Beard “Best Chef: South” finalist.
