Learn delicious globally-inspired, plant-based recipes to add to your kitchen repertoire, while sharpening your knife skills.
This event will include: Overview of knife selection, maintenance and myths; Demonstrations of knife mechanics and different cuts; Time to practice using your own favorite knife; Preparation of a few veggie-based soups using the ingredients we prepare; A shared mindful meal; Opportunities for silent practice and reflections throughout; Great fun and awesome community!
