He has put together a special menu of ingredient-driven dishes full of his creativity and his heart. Crudo favorites will also be featured on the menu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chef Wesley Barden has spent years in kitchens that usually lead to someone else\u2019s flagship, most recently as part of the team behind Esters Wine Shop &amp; Bar. He is opening Chez Mar in the spirit of Esters, but his way. Chez Mar is the menu he\u2019s been writing in the margins of every job he\u2019s held.
